UPM Adhesive Materials appoints Harsha Kolluru in the Americas

As key accounts director, Kolluru succeeds Philip Coates, who has transitioned to the role of director of the Global Adhesive Portfolio.

UPM Adhesive Materials has announced the appointment of Harsha Kolluru as key accounts director in the Americas. In this role, Kolluru will lead development of strategic accounts in the region, strengthening customer partnerships and driving sustainable growth within healthcare and consumer packaged goods (CPG) segments.

Kolluru succeeds Philip Coates, who has transitioned to the role of director of the Global Adhesive Portfolio within UPM Adhesive Materials. Coates will continue to play a key leadership role in advancing the company’s adhesive platform and global portfolio.

With more than 17 years of experience in the global packaging industry, Kolluru brings a strong record of commercial leadership and strategic account management. He has led global customer portfolios across healthcare and large CPG markets while managing complex, cross-regional partnerships. Kolluru has a track record of building disciplined, high-performing commercial teams and consistently delivering profitable growth.
